Dickson has over 25 years of wealth management experience. He began his career with Waters, Parkerson & Co Inc of New Orleans, LA, where he served as an equity portfolio manager as well as lead fixed income manager. He relocated to Colorado in 2006 after Hurricane Katrina.
Dickson received his BA in English & History from the University of Mississippi, and during his career has been registered with both FINRA and the SEC. He obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2008.
Dickson lives in Denver with his wife, Gentry, and sons Jack and Harris. He is a past president of Southeast Denver Baseball League, is a member of Denver Rotary 31, and volunteers on the board of Anchor Center for Blind Children and with the Morgan Adams Foundation.

Pat Mickelson has over 15 years of experience managing individual, institutional, and 401(k) plans assets. Early in his career at Merrill Lynch and as a Team Leader at INVESCO and AIM Funds he served as a 401(k) specialist assisting clients and improving their employer sponsored retirement plans. On numerous occasions Pat’s teams won the nationally recognized Dalbar Award for outstanding service. He bolstered his individual and institutional management expertise with Stonefield Investment Advisory of Cedar Rapids, Iowa from 2004 to 2013.
Pat's education from the University of Northern Iowa includes bachelor degrees in Marketing and Spanish with a certificate in International Business. Additionally, he completed the MBA program at Touro University International in Los Angeles. In his free time, Pat enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Frances. He also volunteers as a NASA high performance driving instructor at race tracks around the Rocky Mountain region.

Karen has over 17 years of experience in marketing for institutional clients. She has served businesses as in-house corporate marketing director and also in the agency-side capacity. Over the years, she has managed marketing portfolios in excess of $5 million, that included all types of marketing, public relations and out-reach programs.
